Have a question about loan offers, the application flow, or how FordsPersonalLoan works? Send a message and get guidance before you start or while you compare lenders.
We respond to all inquiries within one business day.
Check your email inbox for offer details and next steps. Lenders communicate directly via the email you provided.
Start a New ApplicationNo. FordsPersonalLoan is a loan-matching service (also called a lead aggregator or marketplace). We connect borrowers with a network of licensed lenders. We do not lend money directly, make credit decisions, or set loan terms. Your actual loan will be issued by one of our partner lenders.
Once you submit an application and are matched with a lender, all further communication (including application status, approval decision, and funding updates) happens directly between you and that lender. Check your email — including spam/junk folders — for messages from the lender.
Once submitted, your application is shared with our lender network. If you need to correct information, please contact the specific lender you were matched with. You can also start a fresh application at any time through our Apply page.
To request deletion of your personal information from our systems, email us at privacy@fordspersonalloan.org with your full name and the email address used in your application. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
We only send emails from @fordspersonalloan.org addresses. If you receive a suspicious email, do not click any links or provide personal information. Forward it to security@fordspersonalloan.org and remove the original.
Start with a soft-pull request when you're ready, or use this page to get answers first if anything in the process is unclear.
Our contact page aims to assist borrowers in Fords and across New Jersey quickly. Whether you're facing application issues, suspect a phishing attempt, or have privacy requests, providing precise details will expedite your response.
For those who have sent in a loan request and paired with a lender, updates about your application, document retrieval, approvals, and timeline for funding typically come from the lender. Please include the email and phone number associated with your application so we can guide you accordingly.
For inquiries about deletion, amendments, or privacy issues, provide your full name, the email used for your inquiry, and a brief description of your request. This information helps verify your identity and streamlines processing in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
If you receive messages appearing to be from FordsPersonalLoan requesting uncommon information, do not click links until you've verified the sender's legitimacy. Forward any suspicious messages to our support team for investigation into the domain, links, and sender information prior to your response.
